Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Representative in Dayton, Ohio

A local Dayton Medical Facility is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help out in their Diet Office. The Customer Service Representative will be taking room service orders from patients at three local Dayton hospitals. Responsibilities include: answering incoming calls, taking orders from patients while making sure the order is in line with the diet restrictions (these are notated in the computer), providing excellent customer service and answering any questions the patients may have. The qualified Customer Service Representative must type a minimum of 30 WPM and be detail-oriented. This is a temporary position that is anticipated to last a couple months. Candidates for this position must be flexible: the shift hours are 700am-700pm. You must be available every other weekend and every other holiday.
