Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Dayton, OH

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain B2B ecommerce solutions for prospective accounts and targeting new opportunities.

  • Provide technical support for customers, sales reps, customer service, and marketing team with regard to the internal and external websites/tools.

  • Develop new ideas and research technical applications that align with the company business plan.

  • Responsible for company websites/portals, and positioning products and services in a professional and effective manner throughout those tools.

  • Research and develop SEO, SEM, and Inbound Marketing strategies for various product lines and target markets.

  • Deliver analytic reports on a timely basis for internal applications

  • Work with marketing communication teams to provide customer and sales digital assets including landing pages, emails, and other digital collateral.

  • Digital marketing and Four51 experience; ability to develop and implement ecommerce plans to support the company’s business plan.

  • Work with product team to execute yearly price book in accordance with business goals.

  • Demo solutions, joint sales calls, develop presentations

  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and creativity within a team based environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology

  • 2-4 years of experience in the field

  • Experience with Four51, HTML and CSS

  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing techniques and processes

  • Previous experience in UX design and user acceptance testing

  • Good understanding of JavaScript and/or other web technologies

  • Experience with SQL Server preferred

  • Proven track record with Social Media Marketing

  • Microsoft Office and other PC business tool proficiency

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated quick-thinking, analytical, quantitative

  • Self-Directed / Organizing / Planning/Multi-tasking

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
