Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Business Analyst Level 3 for the SAP–OTC/EDI team within IT. The Business Analyst Level 3 is responsible for: collaborating with business partners within one or more business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of a business area, in the context of the business client’s function, to identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist; supporting one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business; and serving as a project team member or leader.



  • High school diploma/GED

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering, with strong emphasis on communication with the customer

  • Minimum 6 years of experience writing business requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of developing, facilitating, and executing test cases

  • Minimum 5 years of EDI experience

  • Minimum 5 years of translating EDI specs into a mapping template for EDItoERP system and vice versa for 810,850,856,880,857 and 855

  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working with GXS/Open Text, preferred

  • Experience with SAP, preferred

  • Experience with ANSI X.12 and/or other formats


High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
