  • This position isresponsible for the overall completion of capital equipment projects from order entry to customer acceptance.

  • This position will be accountable for all scheduling elements of the project including the manufacturing, delivery and installation of equipment.

  • Job shall also include supporting sales, application and aftermarket departments.

  • Project manager may also be called on to handle projects within the company. Will execute other additional duties as required.

  • Job entails some travel worldwide.



  • Complete schedule development and management for the project lifecycle.

  • Serve as main customer interface for Avure during the project. Complete responsibility for scope, schedule and cost of the project.

  • Manage the life cycle of the project and report project status to Senior Management.

  • Interact with the production team to ensure on time delivery to meet customer deadlines.

  • Interact with Technical Service to schedule appropriate resource availability and skill level for install, commission, and training.

  • Manage logistics of 10-60 ton equipment deliveries to customer facilities.

  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction from order to acceptance.

  • May be asked to manage the warranty phase of the project.

  • Support various operational initiatives.

  • Participate in internal process improvement efforts.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or relevant discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Project Management.

  • Experience successfully managing projects over $1,000,000 value.

  • Experience negotiating and resolving conflicts with manufacturing, key suppliers, and customers..

  • Strong business acumen to support the Company growth vision.

  • Proven ability to successfully multi-task and manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • Must be a self-motivator, detail oriented and able to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer skills.

  • Ability to understand, discuss, and problem solve technical content of HPP equipment.

  • Ability to travel 20-30% domestically and internationally.
